We are located at 1015 Otis Pl NW Washington DC 20010. Upon arrival, walk through the front gate and take the steps to your right leading downstairs.

YOUR STAY INCLUDES:
You have full access to our entire space which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped living space, kitchen, two patios and amenities.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Your check in and check out time is indicated in your booking order. If you need to extend your stay, please contact us at 202-841-9894.
When entering/leaving and locking the doors: there are two doors at the entrance of the space; an outer door and an inner door.
To lock the inner door when leaving, you can close the door behind you, press the schlage button on the lock itself, and then manually turn the lock lever to the right.
Upon your return, enter the door combo previously provided and turn the lock lever to the left.
To lock the outer door: on the back of the door lock, ensure the lock lever is horizontal. When you return, use the door combo previously provided.
